Protect Pennsylvania Families: Demand Accountability for Revolution Cryogenic Plant

For years, the Revolution Cryogenic Plant in Washington County, Pennsylvania, has been a site of disasters and pollution. Two years ago, on Christmas Day, the facility had an explosion and multi-hour fire. Now, the Pennsylvania DEP wants to rush through the facility’s operating permit application without a public hearing.

Not only is Revolution Plant located in an environmental justice area where families and farmlands are surrounded by fossil fuel infrastructure, but it’s also owned and operated by one of the worst fossil fuel actors in Pennsylvania, Energy Transfer. Energy Transfer has been charged with over 50 environmental crimes in Pennsylvania alone – 48 environmental crimes associated with the Mariner East Pipeline and nine environmental crimes associated with the Revolution Pipeline.

We need your help calling for a public hearing on this facility and telling PA DEP to deny this permit to keep families safe.
