Air Products Monthly Community Meetings

Come and learn about the Air Products plant proposed next to Sorrento Primary and how you can play a role in stopping it from being built.

At our final meeting of 2025, we will be discussing the findings of a new report that shows that in the event of a Air Products’ pipeline rupture, dangerous levels of carbon dioxide gas could blanket Sorrento Primary School and Orange Grove subdivision.

The monthly community meetings are held in person and on Zoom. We use this space to share all the internal updates and upcoming public hearings and comment periods that folks should be prepped and ready to participate in. We also use the space to organize our community!

Meetings are hosted by member organizations of Louisiana Against False Solutions: Earthworks, Healthy Gulf, Rise St. James, and Sierra Club Delta Chapter and Earthjustice.
